Mixing a scoop of this into my morning smoothie has genuinely helped with bloating, and I like that the ingredient list is just four whole food powders instead of a long label of fillers. The banana comes through more than the prune, which I don't mind.

The prune and aloe combo definitely got things moving within a day or two, which is exactly what I wanted. Taste is pretty earthy on its own, so I stir it into yogurt with a little honey. Wish the tub were bigger for the price, but I'll keep buying it.
