Penelope ★★★★★

These actually keep me full until lunch, which I didn't expect from a seed. The nutty flavor works in yogurt, and I like that I'm getting omega-3s without fish.

Charlotte P. ★★★★★

Tossed a spoonful into my smoothie and the texture got so creamy I didn't even need banana. Nice to finally get omega-3s without choking down fish oil, and the resealable bag keeps them fresh.

Eli T. ★★★★★

I’ve been sprinkling these over my morning oatmeal for two weeks now, and the nutty flavor plus that complete protein punch genuinely keeps me full until lunch. The seeds are finely ground enough that they mix in without getting stuck in my teeth, which was my main worry.
