抹茶パウダー

I've been whisking this into hot water every morning and it dissolves without any clumps, unlike the cheaper stuff I used before. The earthy taste is mild enough that I don't need sweetener.

The earthy flavor is smoother than the other culinary grades I've tried, no bitter aftertaste at all. I've been using it mostly for traditional tea and it whisks up nice and frothy without clumping. Organic and grown in Japan was what sold me, and it lives up to it.
